Work Can Be Fun
Gabe's dad gets up every morning very early. He takes a shower, gets dressed, has a little breakfast, and leaves for work before Gabe is even out of bed. Gabe knows his dad has to be at work very early. Gabe knows his dad has a tough job.
Gabe's dad works at a radio station. He is a sales manager. He manages several salespeople. They all sell advertising time for the radio station. Gabe's dad says it's very hard work. They spend a lot of time on the phone. They spend a lot of time in their cars visiting customers.
Gabe's dad says that they spend almost their whole day talking! It's all a lot of work that keeps them very busy until late in the day. When Gabe's dad gets home, he's very tired.
