What Am I?

I come in different shapes and sizes, but my size is usually very small. In fact, I am so small that you usually need a microscope to see me. I have a nucleus, and so does an atom. But don't confuse me with an atom because I am alive! Inside me are smaller parts. They are called organelles, which means "little organs." I am called the building blocks of life.
