What Am I? I'm a Natural!
I am a natural process on Earth. I use the power of wind, water, gravity, and ice. These things move rock, sediment, and soil from one place to another. I take away land in one place. Land is built up in other places.
Sometimes, I am very slow. I have been at work creating the Grand Canyon for the last three million years! It is a work in progress. I am not finished yet.
Sometimes, I am very quick! After a hard rain, you can see me work on the banks of rivers and streams. I carve away soil and pick up small rocks. When the water slows down, these sediments are deposited somewhere else.
