Have you every felt that tingly feeling that happens when your arm falls asleep? Have you ever hit your elbow on something and felt a sharp pain run through your arm? These strange things are caused by your nervous system. The nervous system moves information signals throughout your body. Your nervous system helps you do many things. It helps you move.
