In June I went to a family reunion. All the people were related to my father.
It was so much fun!
We played softball. We played volleyball. We threw horseshoes. We ran races.
Then it was time for lunch.
Grandma Ruth brought fried chicken.
Grandma Elaine brought sandwiches.
Uncle Dan brought potato salad.
Aunt Sally brought chips.
Cousin Mike brought baked beans.
Cousin Helen brought cookies.
Aunt Maria baked a cake.
Everyone brought something. Everyone except Uncle Josh. He did not bring anything.
We ate and ate and ate. I had a little bit of everything. I had a lot of cookies. I think I ate 14 cookies!
At last we were through with the food.
