The swordfish is a large fish that gets its name from its long flat nose, or bill. Its bill looks like a sharp sword sticking out from the front of its head. The swordfish does not use its bill to spear its prey. Instead, it uses its bill to slash and injure its prey to make it easier to catch. The swordfish is a very fast fish.
