The Kingdom of Cambodia, or simply Cambodia, is a beautiful country with an extremely sad modern history. In the 1970s, the entire nation was engulfed in a genocide that wiped out nearly a quarter of its population. What inspired Pol Pot to commit such a despicable crime?
