Candice visited the local greenhouse. It was called the Green Sprig Nursery. What should Candice buy? She wanted a plant for her kitchen window. She wanted something new. Candice went into a building full of flowers. It smelled good! Candice liked the pink petunias. She liked the yellow marigolds. She liked the purple pansies. Candice gently touched the soft face of one flower. Then she went over to the fish pond. She peeked at the orange goldfish as they nibbled at the water's surface. Their round mouths opened and closed in search of food. The tiny fish food flakes on the water kept the fish busy .....
