Reading Comprehension for June 10
Dad looked at Joe. "Do you want to go fishing?"
Joe smiled. "Let's go!"
"We need our fishing rods," said Dad.
"I'll get them," said Joe. He ran to the garage.
Dad came too. "Where are they?"
"I don't know," said Joe, looking around the garage. He spotted them in the corner and pointed to them. "There they are!"
"Hurray!" said Dad. He walked over to the corner. "Look, here is the tackle box too."
Joe looked puzzled. "What's in the tackle box?"
Dad opened the box and showed it to Joe. "Hooks, fishing line, and lures."
"Cool," said Joe with a "thumbs up" to Dad. "Let's go!"
