Kayla is in third grade at Youngsville Elementary School. She likes vegetables, but she hates green ones. She hates everything green.
She will eat carrots, but she won't eat celery. She will eat tomatoes, but she won't eat bell peppers.
She will eat summer squash, but she won't eat zucchini. She will eat black olives, but she won't eat green olives.
She will eat purple cabbage, but she won't eat spinach. She will eat red onions, but she won't eat green onions. Kayla really hates green vegetables.
"Kayla," her mother said, "you must eat some green vegetables. They are good for you."
