"Heigh-ho, Heigh-ho! It's home from work we go." Seven little men sang those words as they walked home from work. Little did they know what was waiting for them.
On December 21, 1937, the world watched a part of history. Walt Disney made a movie. It was called "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs." Disney came up with the idea when he was 15 years old. He was working as a newsboy. He saw a silent version of the movie. He new he could make it better.
"Snow White" is about a girl. She runs away from her wicked stepmother. Her stepmother wants to be "the fairest in the land." She is jealous of Snow White. She tries to get rid of her. Snow White hides in the woods. She meets seven little men. They are the dwarfs. Snow White lives with the dwarfs. Her stepmother finds her. She looks like an old woman. She gives Snow White an apple. Snow White eats the apple. She falls into a deep sleep. A prince finds Snow White. He gives her a kiss. Snow White wakes up. They live happily ever after.
