Grandma Cannot Do Cartwheels Anymore
Some grandmas bake cookies. Some grandmas knit sweaters. Some grandmas kiss and hug their grandkids until they can't breathe. Do grandmas do cartwheels? My grandma does, or at least she did. She also does all of the other grandma things, too.
My grandma is the most fun grandma in the world. She plays dress up with my sister. She always looks silly but does not care. She plays dinosaurs with me. She can do the best pterodactyl screech ever. We know that when we are at Grandma's house, we will have fun.
Recently, Grandma does not seem quite the same. She used to visit us often. She would jump into her car and drive to our house without even thinking twice about how long it takes. Now Mom or Dad drive to her house to pick her up and then drive all the way back to ours.
