Danny's Birthday
Yesterday was Danny's birthday. He was eight years old. Danny and his mother and father went to a restaurant for dinner. They had a surprise for Danny. Danny did not know about the surprise. He was just happy to be going to the Pizza Palace for his birthday dinner.
At the restaurant, the host took them to a table. The server came and asked what they would like to drink. He brought Danny's father and mother icy glasses of tea. He brought Danny a glass of chocolate milk.
Danny's mother and father ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, green peppers, ham, and extra cheese. Danny ordered a small pizza with five different toppings! He also asked for some salad. The server took their orders to the kitchen.
