Curly Cirrus Clouds
There are different kinds of clouds. Clouds can be big. Clouds can be small. Sometimes clouds cover the whole sky with a blanket of gray. Some clouds look like small, white curls high up in the blue sky. They have funny names! Those small clouds that look like curls of hair are called cirrus (sear-us) clouds. When you see a cloud, you are seeing water in the air. Most clouds are made of tiny drops of water. Cirrus clouds are made of ice. They form very high above Earth where it is very cold. .....
