"Do you want a bounceberry?" Julie asked Tamara with a grin as she reached into a bowl on the kitchen counter.
"What's a bounceberry? Tamara asked.
"It's another name for a cranberry," Julie explained. She tossed a cranberry to the floor, and it bounced like a ball. "Sometimes people refer to cranberries as bounceberries because they bounce like that."
"That's interesting," Tamara said. "I never knew that."
"Here, try one." Julie said, pulling a clean one out of a bowl.
Tamara hesitated. "I'm not sure I'd like cranberries."
"You won't know until you try," Julie said.
Tamara popped the cranberry into her mouth. It tasted rather tart, but good.
"That's not too bad," she admitted.
"You've just gotten some vitamin C," Julie said.
"Really?"
