It is estimated that two million people lined the streets of London in hopes of catching a glimpse of the royal couple on their journey to St. Paul's Cathedral for the ceremony. These same people lined the streets after the ceremony from St. Paul's to Buckingham Palace where the wedding breakfast took place.
