Jayden's father loves to read. He reads magazines and newspapers. He watches television programs. Jayden's father likes to know what is happening in the world. He reads several news magazines. He reads the local newspaper to learn about his city and state. He watches television news shows to learn about what is going on in his country and in other countries.
Mr. Kay told Jayden that he learned a lot by keeping up with the news. He said that Jayden should try to learn to read the news, too.
Jayden tried to read the news. It was very hard. There were so many big words. Jayden could read some words. His father helped him read the rest. The names of other countries were very hard.
