A Day of My Life

Ms. Chambers told us we have to write a page about yesterday. I don't know why. Yesterday was just like most of the days in my life. It's really pretty boring if you ask me. Anyway, here goes.
Yesterday I got up angry. I wanted to sleep some more. That loud dog next door woke me up. I wish someone would tape his mouth shut! Every morning he barks. Most of the time he wakes me up ten or fifteen minutes early.
The first thing I did was take a shower. I combed my hair and got dressed. My sister takes baths, but I like the shower better.
I went downstairs and sat at the table in the kitchen. I ate breakfast with Mom, Dad, and Laine. Laine was late and had to eat fast. It takes her so long to get ready. My dad said that it takes girls longer to get ready than it takes boys. Maybe he is right.
