By Patti Hutchison

You're hired! You couldn't wait to hear those words. And now you finally have a job. Welcome to our company; now fill out these forms.

During your first week on the job, you will probably fill out more forms than you have ever seen in your lifetime. They are all important forms. And it is important that you fill them out completely and correctly.

Forms help your company keep track of who you are. They come from the payroll department and the human resources department. They may be from your company, the state, or the federal government.

These forms can sometimes be confusing. If you prepare ahead of time, filling out the forms will be easier.
